The Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Francis of Assisi, located in the heart of Naga, Cebu, Philippines is initially part of San Nicolas during the Spanish colonial era.
It became a separate parish on June 12, 1829.
The feast of St. Francis of Assisi is celebrated on October 10, while the city hosts the Dagitab Festival annually around Christmas time since 2008.
